specialist statement

In my career I've experienced all ends of the spectrum, all the highs and lows. I've been at the top and been consistent and at the bottom starting over after knee surgery. I can help teen athletes with overcoming setbacks and injuries. And speak to longevity in the sport both physically and mentally for teens or adult athletes curious how to adapt training as we age.
