Michelle played high school basketball and soccer, but picked up a lacrosse stick for the first time during her freshman year at Vanderbilt University. She started on their inaugural Division 1 women’s lacrosse team and earned a scholarship. Michelle, otherwise known as Seabass, helped start Lakeshore Lacrosse, a premier club in the Chicagoland area where she has been a Recruiting Specialist and Head of Player Development for over 15 years. In addition, after coaching youth and high school lacrosse, youth basketball, volleyball, track, and cheerleading, Seabass is uniquely positioned to advise parents on how to deal with teenager, coach, and club issues. Conversely, she enjoys having meaningful conversations and offering guidance to teens as well.
